Azwan Razali is Mr. Fitness 2010!!!

Azwan Razali, 19, entered the competition with an intention to prove that big muscular bodybuilder can also run as fast and be as flexible as other athletes from different sports. By scoring perfect score in 4 routines (bench press, deadlift, 2.4km treadmill run, sit & reach) and successfully performing 16 perfect chin ups, he was named as Mr. Fitness 2010 defeating over 20 other contestants. Congratulations Azwan...you did it!!! You make our gym proud! Here are some photos of our champ and from the event.

Hari Belia Negara 2010

Baru-baru ini masa saya tengah workout digym, Efat ada mengajak saya untuk pergi Hari Belia Negara di Putra Jaya 14-16 May 2010. Mula-mula rasa tak berminat, tapi saya still go through jugak website Kementerian Belia dan Sukan untuk mendapatkan details mengenai event ni. Tetiba rasa excited pulak since banyak aktiviti-aktiviti menarik kat sana.

Tambahan lagi gym KBS turut mengadakan open day, best jugak dapat jalan-jalan tengok gym lain. Tadi tetibe Azwan call saya cakap dia nak masuk Mr.Fitness, so nak tak nak saya kena pegi jugaklah event ni. Since Wan nak masuk, saya ingat nak suruh Efat join skali kalau die ready. Bagus jugak kalau ade orang wakil Revolution Gym & Fitness.

So alang-alang Revolution Gym nak get involved, so saya decided nak cuba-cuba menyertai Ceative Youth Blog Contest skali anjuran Information Technology Youth Movement. Well gym business ni pun get a lot to do with youth lifestyle, so why not we become part of it. At least dapat jugak kami share our fitness experience and knowledge with others.

Plus saya suka jugak dengan tema tahun ini ”Belia Kreatif dan Inovatif Pemacu Ekonomi Negara”. Sebagai belia memang kita perlu lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam membantu kearah perkembangan ekonomi negara. So now I'm really looking forward to the event this weekend.

How to Manipulate Your Cardio Training For Maximum Fat Loss


Each and every time when someone walk into the gym with the intention to lose their excessive body fat, the first thing that runs inside their mind is more and more cycling, running, stepping and rowing. Workout Corner No.3: Deadlift

Deadlift juga dikenali sebagai "the king of exercises" adalah senaman bersepadu yang sangat penting didalam sukan bina badan dan juga sukan angkat berat. Senaman ini sangat penting terutama sekali untuk penambahan "size". Penggunaan teknik yang betul adalah penting untuk hasil yang maksimum dan mengelakkan kecederaan.
