Workout Corner No. 6 Shoulder Press

Nak dapatkan shoulder yang besar dan cantik memang menjadi idaman ramai orang yang bersenam digym. Bile shoulder cantik biasanyer pakai baju ape pun nampak smart. Sebut pasal shoulder ni, antara latihan yang paling asas untuk membina saiz shoulder adalah shoulder press. Latihan ini boleh dilakukan samada menggunakan free weight ataupun machine. Jadi Azwan dan Usop akan menunjukkan cara-cara melakukan shoulder press beserta dengan spotting position yang betul.

Yogurt
Plain yogurts are loaded with probiotics that fight belly fats. Don't confuse this with those flavored yogurts which contain tons of sugar.


Meat
